Les Hautes Chèvres

Located in the Vallée de la Marne region of Champagne, Domaine Georges Laval has garnered a reputation for producing exceptional, terroir-driven Champagnes. The Laval family has been growing vines in the region since the late 19th century, and the domaine, as it is known today, was officially established by Georges Laval in 1971. Now managed by Vincent Laval, Georges’ son, the estate continues the family’s commitment to organic viticulture and high-quality Champagne production.

From 2012, Les Hautes Chèvres has been bottled as a pure Meunier, from vines planted in 1030 and 1947. Les Hautes Chèvres thrives on its sleek, silky finesse, unfolding on the palate with detailed complexity and a pinpoint focus.
