Wild fermented in stainless steel, each variety was picked and fermented separately – 6 or 7 days before being pressed off, with blending just prior to bottling.

Bitter and dark whilst bright and juicy - light red taken to another level. Cherry-focused fruitness gives way to spice and tannin - some serious stuff. Talking red plum, herbaceous, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon spice, with medium tannin to bring structure and mouth feel. Drink with roast duck with a crispy Chinese Five Spice skin, or chill it down and find a long straw.
