Crémant made with Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, fermented separately before blending and bottling for a secondary fermentation in bottle in the Champagne method. Rich, complex sparkling wine with lemon citrus, yellow apple and apricot character, a solid acid profile and a honeyed, toasty finish.
