Single vineyard. 60% Mourvèdre (20 year old vines), 40% Grenache (30 year old vines) on lots of puddingstone, clay, sand and limestone Tuffeau.

Hand-harvested, whole-bunch, gentle pressed and natural fermentation, minimal cap work, very gently pressed, aged for 12 months in old oak barrels. The only cuvée where they don’t blend the varieties in the same tank – because the Mourvèdre ripens so much later than the Grenache. 12 months in old oak barrels of 600, 500 and 400 litres.
