Dr Edge 'Extra Brut '  is a Traditional Method Sparkling blend of Tamar Valley Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Pinot Meunier.  

Predominantly 2021 and 2022 base material, the wine is left to develop in bottle on tirage for 3 years. - Disgorged 'Extra Brut ' or 'Dry' -  October 2024.
