In 2006 Elise Dechannes decided to take over the family domain, located in the magnificent terroir of Les Riceys. For her, working the soil and returning to natural methods come... well, naturally. She therefore underwent organic conversion in 2014. In her cuvées, Elise champions the Pinot Noir of her terroir with elegance and lots personality.
