There is a focus and energy in the Chardonnays this year, particularly in the mid palate. It is almost piercing acidity surrounding the purity of the aromatics.
Fruit sourced from Summertown, Scary Gully, Piccadilly, Basket Range, Ashton, Charleston and Lenswood. A blend of five clones. Wild ferment, full malo, new oak slightly down from 2024 - roughly 15% of the total blend. Nine months in oak, stirred every few weeks, and bottled early January 2026.
