2024 Pinot Noir had colour in the glass - 2025 is similar, not by any means and ethereal light wine often made from Pinot in the Hills.
Aromatically, lifted bright red fruits with a savoury tannin edge. There is a drinkability and freshness without being one dimensional and simple.
Fruit sourced from Little Creek, Summertown, Basket Range, Uraidla, Scary Gully, Charleston and Monomeith. An increase in yields meant more volume to play around with whole berry and bunch ferments, ranging from 20-100% across sites. 10% new oak, ten months in barrel.
