Vineyard notes: The Grapes for this wine were grown and hand picked from the certified organic Manyara vineyard in Balhannah, Adelaide Hills.

Winemaking: Crafted in a ‘fume style’, whole bunch pressed directly into two and three use French oak barrels, matured for 10 months with regular battonage and full lees fermentation. No enzymes, no fining.
