Like an orange wine without the bitterness, tastes like apple pie, pear, eye of newt.
Grenache Blanc that was ripe but full of nice acid, given the POOL treatment with a long slow gentle basket press. After 3 days the juice dripping from the press was syrupy and golden, looked like Cola, it was amazing. The slow press softens the phenolics while adding texture and incorporating a generous amount of oxygen.
