The grapes come from a single vineyard called “Cancelli”, 450m above sea level in the commune of Loreto Aprutino in the province of Pescara. The vineyard covers 4 hectares and the vines are all over 40 years of age and benefits from the Gran Sasso Mountain on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. Fermentation occurs spontaneously through indigenous yeasts and without temperature control in cement tanks. After fermentation is complete the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks for ageing.
This white is fresh, savoury with a lovely salty element.
