Avon Pinot Noir

Complex bouquet of spice, herbs and a basket of red berries hits the nostrils all at once. There’s a lot to unpack in this Avon Pinot Noir. It’s filled with nuances of Italian amaro, think Campari and red vermouth. There’s a Maraschino cherry here with sweet basil and spearmint, licks of cinnamon bark, nutmeg and kola nut. The texture is leafy and chewy, with firm tannins, mid-palate concentration of flavours, that follows with an aromatic aftertaste and a sour-bitter blood orange combo. Simply mouthwateringly delicious!
