Gippsland Pinot Noir

This Gippsland Pinot Noir is in many aspects savoury, but the perfume is filled with sweet notes of lilac, violets and hibiscus flowers. The core is built on blueberries, sour figs, red cherries and raspberries. The fruit is cool, and the tannins build into a smooth slate-like texture. All of it is bound with perky, taut acidity and bloody, iron-like minerality. Very pretty and graceful Pinot painted in shades of blue and purple. Tantalising.
